Brian Schoeman

Hi, my name is Brian Schoeman and I started my real estate career with RealNet Select Properties in 2007 and have been with the company ever since then as it is an amazing company to work for by providing continuous and extensive ongoing training and personal development. I specialise in residential sales and valuations in the Ottery, Wetton and surrounding areas as well as Mitchell's Plain. I grew up in Mitchell's Plain and moved to Ottery in 1995 and have been residing in the area since then, subsequently I am quite familiar with both areas. I have continuously held my FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) with the EAAB (Estate Agency Affairs Board) and hold an NQF4 Real Estate qualification and I am also working on completing my PDE qualification.

I previously worked in the Insurance industry for 2 of the largest insurance companies since 1987 and was head hunted on more than one occasion. I held positions as an underwriter , surveyor and broker consultant giving me an extensive background in contractual law ,finance, property construction and safety , as well as property valuation. This background has served me well for the property industry as both industries have a lot in common.

I enjoy working in the property industry as it gives me great satisfaction to interact with people and assist them with what is their largest financial investment, viz-property. I take pride in serving my clients with professionalism and integrity whether they be sellers or buyers and will always advise them what they need to hear and know.

On a personal note, I love spending time with my family and I am grateful that my flexible time schedule allows me to spend quality time with them. I am also an avid sports follower , namely soccer and baseball.
