My name is Yolanda Schubert, the Business Manager of RealNet RainMaker, responsible for overseeing and managing the RainMaker Franchise. Prior to this role, I served as the Operations Manager at RealNet Holdings, where my responsibilities included overseeing the company's operations and providing support to franchisees in the Inland Region.
My journey in the real estate industry began in 2004 when I started as an estate agent. Over time, I acquired RealNet Mooikloof and RealNet Silverlake's Estates franchises, gaining valuable experience in successfully operating real estate franchises.
Before venturing into real estate, I commenced my career in the South African Air Force, where I learned essential values such as discipline, determination, perseverance, and the importance of teamwork. I underwent training as an officer and air traffic controller. In 1998, I relocated to Switzerland to take on the supervisor role at Zurich's International Airport's national air traffic control training centre.
In 2012, I transitioned to the role of a public relations officer for a well-known legal firm specializing in conveyancing and litigation. This experience provided me with expertise in various fields of the law.
Throughout my journey, my guiding motto in life has been to "Always deliver more than what is expected."
