GHS Laerskool en Hartbeespoort Hoërskool are the 2 main schools in Schoemansville.  GHS caters for Afrikaans children.  Hartbeespoort Hoërskool caters for Afrikaans Children up to grade 9.  From Grade 10 it becomes a dual medium school.
