Lion's Head double storey mansions now sell for more than R4,5m. Some stands are 1,100m² to 1,440m², while the homes measure 450m² to 500m², and each have four or five bedrooms, several bathrooms, large living rooms that open out on to a patio with a braai area, multiple automated garages and beautifully landscaped garden.
